Melt a knob of butter, flour with a whisk stir and add water gradually, stirring constantly milk, about 400ml. The sauce boil, so it thickens. Then 150g Cheddar and 200g Gouda spicy rub. The cheese, except for a small group, with a little broth, 1-2 teaspoons of honey and 1-2 teaspoons of mustard in the sauce, stir, take it off the heat and season with salt and pepper. One serving of macaroni , maybe I have taken 200-250g, until al dente. Noodles and sauce mix, put it in a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese and bread crumbs over it. The pasta then baked in the oven, until they are golden brown.

I was skeptical at first, whether the actually fits together and not too boring, but the cheddar and the mustard give the sauce a very nice touch. Only a salad should not be forgotten as a side dish to create a certain balance.
