Nougat Cookies
Here an original recipe that has worked for me unfortunately. The dough was for me too crumbly and dry; so I used a lot more margarine and it could not be outdone. I would recommend, as needed butter / margarine until dough is fairly pliable.
100g butter / margarine , I have taken determined 150-170g, 200g and nougat into small pieces (really small, namely, the stuff is pretty hard to knead) overlap. This then 250g flour, 60g sugar, a packet of vanilla sugar 150g ground hazelnuts and a teaspoonful baking powder knead the dough and make an hour in the refrigerator. Then shape the dough into round cookies and bake them about 7min. On each biscuit a dab give dark chocolate. Stir
mini marzipan cake with a chocolate coating

The dough and mix well then pour into greased muffin tins, but they fill only 1 cm high. Maybe 10-15min bake, look in between for them necessarily. Then the cake with dark chocolate envelop.

gingerbread
400g honey heat with 100ml water and 100g brown cane sugar in a pot, then 60g margarine cool and everything a little. Now 300g flour mix with 300g rye flour, half Tsp baking powder (or half and 15g baking soda) and a pack of gingerbread spice (I have taken anything more), and let it knead well. Then refrigerate overnight. The next day, roll out, cut out shapes and bake for about 12-14min. The finished gingerbread with icing sugar or chocolate font decorate and 1-2 weeks at best in a tin can, store.
oatmeal cookies (not visible, as already eaten) melt
120g margarine and then per 120g sugar, flour and oatmeal , a pinch of salt and half a teaspoon baking powder with a Spoon stir. Maybe a drink (rice), add milk to make the dough is not as strong. Not too tight tablespoon as on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for about 10 minutes, Do not get too brown.
